2. Click on Reconciliation Report

3. Set Filters. AT least choose status as PROCESSED or NO PAYMENT FOUND.

     The dates can be filter by using eg. 01/01/2025-01/31/2025 in the begin field

4. You can also select any 1 client or any particular service, or leave it with just the dates.

5. In the upper right side of the screen there is a save icon. That enters export mode.

6. Select CSV as the export type and save it.

7. In FIRST select the type of recovery you are processing, either No Payment Found or Processed.

8. Select the saved file and you will be prompted to enter a begin date and end date (usually the same as the filter set above)

Key differences

When importing PROCESSED it will create adjustments in the FIRST adjustment data, including the control numbers.  

In the Adjustment (enter adjustments) screen you can click on Print Ready and see the results of the import,  The very end of the report shows the monitory effect in previous and current amounts.

You can also show Voids by themselves or Negative, Positive and print those views.

You can click on the Transfer button to add them to Medisoft.

When importing NO PAYMENT FOUND the entries are created in FIRST and need to be transferred using the same screen used to transfer other items.  It is best to remove checkmarks from everything except 

TRANSFER SERVICES FROM FIRST.  and include the dates as above.

you should also put a check in DO NOT CREATE NEW ADJUSTMENTS. This will force a new entry into Medisoft regardless if a entry existed for that same date before.

There were issues with Temp file Too large, causing problems.. Please report this issue as the new database definitions may solve that issue.

No pa cases are stored separately and can be accessed through the screens menu selection.  Currently they are just stored until the next version which will be out in a week or so.

2. Go to Manage Download Keys

3. Generate a Download Key

4. Click on Copy to Clipboard

5. In First - The very first time this is done, enter your LaSRS user name and password. (The software will remember this information for subsequent runs.

6. use CTRL V to paste the download key

7. Enter the dates that SRI have released the information (this is not service dates)

8. The import will execute and you can select print after to create a log file if needed later.

9. Close the import screen and click on Transfer all changes to Medisoft

10. All functions are selected, you may unselect functions as desired.

11. The dates shown are the dates detected in the import file and may have changes to previous billed items, or data that has been held.

      The dates are suggested on the data and can be changed.

12. Click on Start the Transfer.
